Vineyard Wilker

powerful red wines and classy white Burgundies

Wilker is an excellent vinery in the southern Pfalz. The vineyard produces outstanding wines from a large range of grapes and in different styles. Here you find premium red wine cuvées as well as a large selection of white wines. In the mild climate and rolling hills which are rain protected, burgundy grape varieties grow particular well: Pint Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.

The Wilker vineyards have a long history: the cellar has been built in the 16th century. Since then, generations of vintners have further developed the wine making techniques to perfection. Most grapes for Wilker wines have been picked by hand. They profit from a great climate, long hang times, yield reductions and a lot of care given by the Wilker team.

From the beginning, the Wilker family has prioritised quality over quantity. You can taste this in every bottle. This dedication has been rewarded by numerous national and international wine awards. Despite the success, the Wilker family has remained modest, also in their calculation of the wine's prices. The wines are very well suited to accompany different meals, but can also very well be enjoyed on their own.

The vineyard is located in Baden, in Southern Germany, close to the French border:
